Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group announces the 50th National Wine Week. During the week of March 5-9th, eight locations, under the guidance of Stuart Roy, National Director of Wine and Spirits, will offer a variety of super-premium wines carefully selected to complement the Smith & Wollensky menu. Patrons will be able to sample 10 wines for $10 with the purchase of a lunch entrée. This year for the first time ever, there will be a prix fixe tasting menu available. Wine selections are customized to each location and will change daily.
Celebrated every March and September, National Wine Week is available to Smith & Wollensky diners anywhere à la carte lunch is offered within the restaurant. Roy expects more than 30,000 glasses of more than 200 different wines to be served over the course of 5 days nationwide.
Our wine partners for the event and promotional activity include Cambria, Maison Joseph Drouhin, Chateau Ste. Michelle and J. Lohr.
Check back in January for more details on wine week including a prix fixe tasting menu listing, wines by day listing, exciting Wine Week raffle and introduction of a new Smith & Wollensky Private Reserve wine.
The Boston Back Bay location is not open for lunch.
